BeautiControl: Richard Heath, cofounder, president and chief executive officer of BeautiControl, Inc., stepped down Aug. 1 and turned the presidency over to his son, Rick Heath. Mr. Heath and his wife Jinger, who remains chairman, founded the Dallas-based company in 1981.
